Relkey ("we," "our," or "us") is built and operated by Relkey LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information – when you create an account, we collect your email and password.
• User-Generated Data – construction documents and project data or other inputs you provide.
• Usage Data – technical information such as page visits, browser type, device information, and interactions with the app (collected through Cloudflare and Supabase services).

When you purchase credits or subscribe to a paid plan, payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Relkey platform.
• Save, sync, and manage your construction documents and project data (stored on Supabase).
• Provide authentication and account management via Supabase.
• Communicate updates, notifications, or resolve support issues.
• Analyze anonymized usage trends to improve features and performance.

Relkey uses Supabase to store and manage account information, construction documents and project data, and files, while Cloudflare hosts the application itself.

Both providers implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security measures to protect your data. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, no system is completely secure. Use of Relkey is at your own risk.

We rely on third-party services to operate the platform, including:

• Supabase – database management, authentication, storage, and real-time functionality.
• Cloudflare — application hosting and runtime environment.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — AI services used to process and analyze your construction documents.
• Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases and subscriptions.

These providers may process or store your information on our behalf in accordance with their security and privacy practices. Your Customer Content may be transmitted to AI providers solely to deliver Relkey's features. We do not use your Customer Content to train AI models.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Limited technical information may be shared with Supabase, Cloudflare, or other trusted providers solely to operate the service.

You can access, edit, or delete your account at any time. To request data deletion or updates, email support@relkey.com.

We may use cookies or similar tools for analytics, performance, and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect app performance.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination or cancellation, your Customer Content (documents, project data) will be permanently deleted 30 days after the effective date of termination. We may retain limited account data (email, usage records) as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

Relkey is currently in beta. Features, design, and data handling may change as we test and improve the platform.
